Ingredients

2 onions
800 g ground pork or veal/bacon
2 eggs
3 tbsp oats
2 tbsp wheat flour
1.5 dl milk
2 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
Butter and oil for frying
Avoid screen shutting off

Instructions

Step 1/3
Peel and grate or chop the onions finely.
Step 2/3
Put them in a bowl with ground meat, eggs, oats, flour, milk, salt and pepper, and stir the mixture well. This can be done with an electric mixer.
Step 3/3
Form the mixture into meatballs and fry them in generous amounts of butter and oil in a pan until they are golden and cooked through.
