Recipes from professionals
These ribs are packed with flavor, marinated overnight in a spicy BBQ sauce with a hint of Asian flavor notes. If the weather permits, or you have easy access to a grill, you can finish cooking them on it. Otherwise, it works fine under the oven's grill function. To make cleaning easier, you can optionally place the pre-cooked ribs on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Enjoy them with a coleslaw and baked potatoes.

Ribs
Step 1/5
Place the ribs in a freezer bag with the BBQ sauce, and let them marinate in the cold overnight.
Step 2/5
Place the ribs in an oven-safe dish (save the excess marinade), cover it with a lid or aluminum foil, and put it in the oven at 140 degrees convection/160 degrees conventional oven for 2 hours.
Step 3/5
In the meantime, bring the excess marinade to a boil until the consistency becomes slightly thicker.
Step 4/5
Remove the ribs from the oven, remove the lid/aluminum foil, and brush them with the marinade.
Step 5/5
Switch the oven to grill function (or fire up the grill), and cook them for an additional 10 minutes until they get a nice color. Keep a close eye on them so they don't burn.
